As a life long sports person I have competed at a youth national level in cross country and athletics events and now captain a women’s Premier League football team. I have furthered my interest in sports and fitness through practice and education, and expanded my understanding and knowledge of physical well-being. My experience affords me the knowledge of coaching both individuals and groups of all levels to achieve their physical goals whether it is weight loss, toning, lean muscle gain, general fitness or improving sports performance. I am recognised as one of Peterborough’s premier athletes and I am here to help you achieve your goals.
