I’m very much goal orientated  in my approach. I like you as the client to feel involved in it all taking ownership so we can work together to achieve success.

I’ve been training with people working towards their goals ,some of which were weight loss and fitness goals, such as being able to complete there first obstacle race & losing weight for there wedding dress; with a nutrition and fitness approach I’ve achieved some good results.

I also run classes if you prefer the class setting , of which they’re fitness and spin classes .
