Why can’t I simply do some ‘cardio’ instead of kickboxing?

What is the minimum age to take classes?
The minimum age to attend class is 13 years of age. Our fitness center in Pittsburgh, PA also has a program for iLoveKickboxing Kids. This kids fitness training class is mainly for ages 6 thru 12 and children do the same training session as the adults.
