I’m Chris Shingles. Covering Market Deeping, Peterborough, Bourne and Stamford, I am available to provide you with your own personal training sessions. I am a Metafit and Hiitstep Instructor and I’m a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.
I am a self-motivating person who will give everything to help others. My passion is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) as I believe working flat-out for just 30 minutes is becoming such a quick, effective way to lose weight, build lean muscle and improve overall fitness. Kick starting your metabolism burning anywhere from 250-500 calories, and the best part is that you keep burning those calories up to 24 hours after your workout!
